To apply:
Skin should be clean and free of oil or makeup
Remove clear protective top sheet
Press tattoo firmly onto skin with design facing down
Hold wet cloth or paper towel against back of tattoo, press down and make sure to wet thoroughly
Wait 30 seconds, peel off paper backing
 
Remove with rubbing alcohol or baby oil.
